Qmetrics is responsible for the processing of personal data that it collects and processes, in compliance with the requirements expressed in the General Data Protection Regulation.


Why we treat your personal data

  • The personal data we process is always collected for a specific purpose and for a specific treatment, after which it is transformed into anonymous data [1].

Rights of limitation and opposition to treatment

Right to a limitation on processing
It is only relevant to request a limitation on the processing of your personal data for the period between having contested the accuracy of your personal data and Qmetrics having rectified it, or if it was detected that, for some reason, we were processing your data illegally and prefer to limit the use of these data as an alternative to deletion; However, in the scope of the processing operations and for the purpose that Qmetrics carries out the processing, statistical operations, such a situation does not appear to be legitimate for Qmetrics to choose to erase the collected data;

Right to object to treatment
It is only relevant to request opposition to treatment, until it turns out that the responsible person’s legitimate reasons for the treatment prevails over those of the data subject, or if the data processing is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing or profiling; However, in the scope of the processing operations and for the purpose that Qmetrics carries out the processing, statistical operations, such a situation does not appear to be legitimate for Qmetrics to choose to erase the collected data;

Right to portability
The personal data we collect is at most the name and a means of contact, mostly telephone contact, so the right to portability of personal data is not necessary.


Treatment of requests for exercise of rights by holders of their data

Requests can be addressed by any form of contact with Qmetrics, as the controller, and will be dealt with in order to ensure the effectiveness of your rights .
